My name is Phyllis Smith Chopelas, born and raised in Massachusetts, my background consists of over 40 years of administrative experience in fields such as transportation, engineering, and gas and electric utilities. My goal, when my two sons grew into young adulthood, was to move to Florida, a lifelong dream of mine. I figured why not try to start my own company. At first, I offered administrative services only. I have recently added home and office organization, as well as home watch services.

Since moving to Florida, I've seen firsthand, how hurricanes and bad weather can affect the home.    Many residents are seasonal, and don't have someone to check their homes, receive updates, and give them a sense of security that their homes are ok. I would like to be that security for them.
